In order to meet market demands, our company has developed low-capacitance, high-impedance cables based on ordinary endoscope coaxial cables, still using fluorine resin as the dielectric. Although the dielectric constant of fluorine resin is already very small, we still try to make the dielectric thinner as much as possible, and use nitrogen with a lower dielectric constant to form cavities in the fluorine resin , thereby improving the product's Characteristic impedance. At the same time, we selected silver-plated conductors with better electrical properties as shielding materials, which significantly improved the signal transmission performance of the cable, so as to achieving longer distance transmission.
