We got feedback from our customer that there is an anomaly in the existing scalpel cables after less than half a year’s usage by the end user. After analyzing the sample, customer found the key problem is the cable’s conductor is easy to break, and they also feedback us this issue.
After learning about this, we actively communicated with the customer to know deeply about this case. Then the technical team took the defective samples for analysis. Relying on rich experience, our company quickly proposed an improvement plan, carried out proofing, and finally carried out bending test verification. After the customer got the relevant data, additional verification was carried out. Finally, the improvement was successful, and no defects occurred in the end user’s use.
